C1000 Product Information

Remote Login

Ever wondered what your driver is doing right this second? Ever wonder which route he took to get there? Was he speeding? How about live video streaming every stop along his route? With the D1000 you are now able to connect to any of your vehicles trucks using our DVR through your mobile cell phone service provider and their 3G Cell Towers. Not only are the cameras constantly being recorded on the 720 Hour looped DVR, but now you can control and “peak in” remotely from the comman center’s PC or Handheld PDA (using Windows Mobile). Both GSM and CDMA mobile cellular technologies are compatible with our device.

WiFi Downloads

Need to download information fast from your fleet’s DVRs? Now you can set up your command center to download the information off the DVR as soon as the driver comes in contact with the yard’s WiFi.No more making the trips out to the truck to download the information onto a USB thumb drive just to be delivered to your comp9uter anyways. Use WiFi or even the Cellular Service Towers to pull the information off the trucks without ever stepping a foot in the vehicles themselves.

GPS

The D1000 “piggybacks” onto Google Maps to provide real time locations for each vehicle using the DVR. Not only can you see where your vehicles at, but now you can set alerts to point out if a driver has gone off course, made too many left turns, or has idled with the engine for “X” amount of minutes. Use the Remote Login Feature to activate dash or external mounted cameras to see the environment outside the vehicle.

Emergency Alert System Because of all the technology built into the D1000, our engineers felt we should take advantage of the core technologies and use them as a safety feature. Similar to a “black box” in an aircraft, or “On-Star” in your passenger car; The D1000 will provide an emergency distress alert signal after a considerable impact to the vehicle or disorientation to the vehicle itself after an accident. A brief summary of how this emergency system works is:

1. After the impact, the sensors in the DVR will alert the command center and make a call to an Emergency Service and/or your “Command Center” or Fleet Operations Manager.

2. The DVR will immediately begin recording ALL cameras and audible speakers and upload them using the Cell Towers’ Data Services.

3. The GPS locations will be sent to all parties notifying where the impact occurred. For questions about the New DVR-D1000, please contact your local CST sales rep or email us at
