Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Convoy Safety. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow a little extra time during holidays and sale seasons.

You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and another email with tracking once it ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Most orders arrive within 2–4 weeks after shipping. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost to you.

Shipping Costs

Orders over $65 ship free. Shipping for smaller orders is calculated at checkout before you pay.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. Tracking information can take a few days to update after your order ships.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away and we'll do our best to update it before your order ships. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days after shipping, contact us and we'll look into it. If it can't be found, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of ordering. After that, your order may already be processing and can't be changed. You can still return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. See our Refund Policy for details.
